I came to know about Highland Supplies through internet. My wish was to acquire Highland Bagpipe. So I wrote an e-mail and within short time I got a reply from Mr.Wong. He did his best to explain me everything in details. I asked thousand of questions about this and that, and I’ve got answer for each and every inquiry. After an order was placed, Mr. Wong kept me informed all the way about  stages of manufacturing Bagpipe and it’s delivery to Highland Supplies office.   What really impressed me is that I was treated not just as a customer, but as a friend by a person (Mr. Wong), who never knew me.

On a scale from 1 to 10 they hit an 11+.

I cant praise there professional service high enough.

I ordered my complete Kilt outfit and had an extremely short time frame to get it made and delivered.  Chin Hong from Highland Supplies kept me informed all the way through on its progress.

My Kilt was delivered ahead of time.  Highland Supplies also offered an extensive range of accessories all at a very reasonable prices.

The Girls' Brigade, 45th Company at RGS started a Bagpipe Band in 2002.  Much research had to be done before the idea could be launched.  In this area, the 45th has Highland Supplies to thank for its invaluable assistance.  The company, as represented by Chin Hong first offered advice on the requirement needed to start such a band.  Information like the number and kinds of instrument one had to have to get started was freely given by Highland Supplies.  Consultations and visits to the school were initially by Chin Hong to help the band along.  There were also regular updates of new supplies given via email.  The informal partnership has been of great help to a fledging band like ours.  We hope that Highland Supplies will continue to provide the support as Shirim, our band grows from strength to strength.
